How can I check if a station is available?

Open the location card and check the connector you need. If a current status is unavailable, check the operator’s app. A catalog listing does not guarantee a free connector.

Why might the price at the station differ?

The shortlist shows a base tariff. Time-of-day schedules, promotions, roaming, time-based fees or idle fees can affect the total. Check the terms in the service you use to start charging.

Will I get the full rated power?

Rated power is the connector’s capability. Actual power depends on the car, battery charge and temperature, and station power sharing. Check connector compatibility first.
