1. General provisions
These Terms of Use govern access to the EVBOOST digital services: the website evboost.com.ua, the EVBOOST mobile app, the charging station map, the route planner, the user account, the analytics pages, informational materials and related features.
By using the EVBOOST services, you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to follow them. If you do not agree with the Terms, you must stop using the service.

2. What EVBOOST provides
EVBOOST is a digital service for EV drivers and participants in the charging infrastructure market. The Service may include:
- searching for charging stations on the map;
- viewing information about locations, connectors, tariffs, availability, photos, reviews and ratings;
- route planning that takes charging infrastructure into account;
- range and reachable-zone estimates that take weather and the charge reserve into account;
- creating an account, favourites, activity history and personal settings;
- station monitoring with notifications when a connector becomes free, the price changes or the station comes back online;
- a car garage with a model catalogue: the specifications of your car are used in route and range calculations;
- roaming access to partner charging networks, where that feature is available;
- an EVBOOST Pro subscription with advanced features, governed by the Public Offer;
- informational, analytical and business materials.
3. User account
Some features may require registration or signing in. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide, for keeping access to your account secure and for everything done from your account.
EVBOOST may temporarily restrict or block access to an account where there is suspicion of a breach of these Terms, fraud, attempts at unauthorised access, automated data collection or other actions that harm the service, its partners or other users.
You can delete your account in the mobile app (“Profile” → “Settings” → “Delete account”) or by sending a request to info@evboost.com.ua. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription automatically.
4. Map data, tariffs and station availability
EVBOOST works to keep charging station information current, but does not guarantee that every location, tariff, status, connector availability or power rating is shown without delay or error.
Before a trip or a charging session you should assess the route, the remaining charge, the weather, road conditions, station availability and other factors yourself. EVBOOST data is informational and does not replace a driver’s own care.
Range, the reachable zone, trip time, energy and cost, as well as arrival-time prices, are calculated from car data, weather, operator tariffs and other factors. They are estimates, and actual values may differ.
5. Roaming, charging sessions and partner networks
When you start a charging session through EVBOOST in a partner network, EVBOOST may act as the digital interface, an eMSP service, a technical intermediary or a payment/information channel between you and the charging infrastructure operator.
Whether charging is actually possible depends on the state of the station, the operator’s actions, connectivity, software, connector settings, power availability and other factors that are not always within EVBOOST’s control.
6. Payments, pricing and refunds
Paid features, subscriptions, balance top-ups and charging sessions are paid for at the rates shown in the service at the moment the action is placed or started.
Taking out, automatic renewal, the trial, cancellation and refunds of an EVBOOST Pro subscription are governed by the Public offer.
The final amount for a charging session may depend on the energy actually consumed, the session duration, the operator’s tariff, the service fee, the partner network’s terms or other rules shown to you before or during use of the feature.
In case of a technical error, a failed session or an incorrect charge, you can contact EVBOOST. A refund or correction is made after reviewing the session data, the payment transaction and information from the partner or operator.
7. Prohibited actions and limitation of liability
The user must not:
- use the service for unlawful acts or to violate the rights of others;
- carry out automated collection, copying or scraping of data without EVBOOST’s written permission;
- attempt to bypass technical limits, protection, authentication or paid features;
- publish false, offensive or harmful information;
- interfere with the site, the app, the API, the servers or partner integrations.
EVBOOST is not liable for losses arising from a charging station being unavailable, errors by third-party operators, connectivity outages, the actions of payment systems, bank delays, unlawful acts of third parties or force majeure.
8. Personal data and privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with the EVBOOST Privacy Policy. Such data may include your name, email, phone number, technical device data, session data, service usage history, payment identifiers and other information needed to run the service.

9. Changes to the Terms
EVBOOST may update these Terms when the service’s functionality, business model, partner requirements, the law or technical processes change. A new version takes effect when it is published on the site, unless the document expressly states otherwise.
