1. Subject of the agreement
Under this Agreement EVBOOST gives the user access to the paid digital features of the service, including subscriptions, balance top-ups, starting charging sessions through partner charging networks, and informational and other service capabilities, where they are available at the given time.

2. Accepting the offer
This offer is accepted by any of the following user actions:
- creating or using an EVBOOST account for paid features;
- pressing the payment button, topping up the balance, subscribing or starting a charging session;
- confirming an order on the website or in the mobile app;
- actually using a paid feature after reviewing its terms.
Once accepted, this Agreement has the force of a contract between the user and the Provider. The user confirms they have the legal capacity required to enter into it.
3. Paid EVBOOST services
Depending on the functionality available, EVBOOST may provide:
- a paid EVBOOST Pro subscription to advanced map, route planner, range zone, station monitoring and garage features (section 6);
- the ability to top up the user’s internal balance;
- the ability to start and pay for charging sessions in partner networks;
- access to EVBOOST roaming features;
- other digital, informational or service offerings described on the site or in the app.
4. Service pricing and plans
The cost of paid services, subscriptions, top-ups, charging sessions, service fees and other payments is shown in the service before payment or before the feature is started.
Charging session tariffs may vary depending on the operator, the location, the connector, the power, the billing unit, the session time, the energy consumed, the EVBOOST service fee, the partner network’s terms or other factors shown to you in the service.
Any estimate shown in the service may be indicative. The final cost of a charging session is determined after the session ends, based on the actual data received from the station, the operator or the technical metering system.
5. How payment works
Payment is made by the methods available in the service: a bank card on the bank payment page, the App Store or Google Play in the mobile app, your internal EVBOOST balance or another method available to you at the time of payment. EVBOOST does not receive or store bank card details.
A payment may be processed by a bank, a payment system, a payment provider or another financial partner. EVBOOST is not responsible for delays or refusals caused by a bank, a payment system, insufficient funds, card limits or incorrect details.
6. EVBOOST Pro subscription
An EVBOOST Pro subscription unlocks advanced features: several route options, arrival-time prices at every charging stop, a range zone without a daily limit, more station watches and more cars in the garage, and an ad-free experience. Current features, limits and prices are shown on the EVBOOST Pro page on the website and in the mobile app.
The subscription is monthly or annual. On the website it is paid by bank card in hryvnias on the monobank payment page. In the mobile app it is bought through the App Store or Google Play at the price and in the currency shown by the store. In that case the store takes the payment, and its rules also apply to the purchase.
The subscription renews automatically for the same term, and payment is charged at the start of each new period until you cancel it. The amount of a bank subscription is fixed when you subscribe and does not change while it lasts. Three days before each automatic bank charge EVBOOST sends a reminder by email. Price changes for a subscription bought in the app apply to existing subscribers under App Store and Google Play rules.
A user who has never had Pro can try Pro for free once for 7 days. No card is needed for the trial: it does not renew automatically, and nothing is charged when it ends.
You can cancel at any time. A bank subscription is cancelled in your profile on the website, in the “EVBOOST Pro” section. An App Store or Google Play subscription is cancelled in the store subscription settings; the subscription management button on the Pro screen in the app leads there. To avoid the next charge, cancel before the renewal date; for subscriptions bought in the app the deadlines are set by the store rules. After cancellation Pro stays active until the end of the period already paid for, and there are no further charges.
One account has one Pro subscription at a time: while it is active, another one cannot be taken out by a different method. A subscription bought in the app is linked to the EVBOOST account on which it was confirmed and cannot be moved to another account.
Refunds for a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play are handled by the store under its own rules. If the store refunds the payment, Pro for that purchase ends. Refunds for a bank subscription are handled by EVBOOST under section 8.
Deleting your account does not cancel the subscription automatically. Cancel it beforehand: a bank subscription in your profile on the website, one bought in the app in the App Store or Google Play settings.
By taking out a subscription or a trial, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Offer, the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. EVBOOST stores the time of consent and the version of the documents you agreed to.
7. Charging sessions and roaming
To start a charging session you choose a location, a connector or another available option and confirm the start in the EVBOOST interface. Starting, stopping and transferring session data may depend on connectivity, the operator’s system, the technical state of the station and the partner integration.
EVBOOST does not guarantee that any station will be available at a given moment, even if it is shown in the service as active. A station may be occupied, switched off, faulty, restricted by the operator, unreachable due to connectivity or physically closed.
8. Cancellation, refunds and disputed payments
If a paid service was not provided because of an EVBOOST technical error, an erroneous charge or a failed charging session, you can contact support.
A decision on a refund or a balance correction is made after reviewing: the payment transaction, EVBOOST logs, the charging session data, and the response of the charging network operator or the payment provider.
An approved refund is made by the same method used for the payment, or by another agreed method, subject to the timelines of the bank or payment system.
No refund is due for digital services actually provided, an activated subscription, a successfully completed charging session or other services properly rendered, except where expressly provided by law or by this Agreement.
9. Rights and obligations of the parties
The user has the right to:
- access the paid features as described in the service;
- contact support about payments, charging sessions or the account;
- request a review of a disputed payment or a technical error;
- stop using the service.
The user undertakes to:
- provide accurate payment and account details;
- not give third parties access to the account without accepting responsibility;
- not engage in fraudulent, technically harmful or unlawful actions;
- check the information before starting a charging session.
EVBOOST has the right to:
- update features, pricing, the interface and the rules of use;
- temporarily restrict access during maintenance or on suspicion of a breach;
- refuse a transaction if it appears suspicious or is technically impossible;
- engage partners for payments, billing, roaming, analytics and support.
10. Liability and force majeure
EVBOOST is responsible for providing its own digital services under this Agreement. EVBOOST is not responsible for the operation of charging stations owned by third-party operators, nor for power quality, physical access to a location, the technical condition of equipment, the actions of security staff, parking or other factors controlled by third parties.
The parties are released from liability for failure to perform obligations where it is caused by force majeure: military action, accidents, power outages, cyberattacks, communications failures, acts of public authorities, emergencies or other circumstances a party could not reasonably foresee or control.
