The key changes for drivers and operators. The full list is below, with every section visible.

Business tools · charging network operators

Operator account: see how your network is performing

This is an analytics account for companies that manage charging stations. It lets you explore your network, compare station count and total rated power with the market, and review prices and interest from EVBOOST drivers.

EVBOOST Pulse lets you examine individual stations and nearby charging networks in more detail. Available data depends on the operator and account access.

A detailed overview of updates since 3.1.0. Each section identifies where a feature is available: in the app, on the website or both.

App images and website screenshots appear alongside the relevant changes below. Select an image to see the details. The app images show the Ukrainian interface.

01

iOS / Android app

A new profile and separate settings

We reorganised your personal space in the app: everyday actions live in the profile, while account settings have their own screen.

  • Balance and top-ups, garage, charging, payment history, routes, favourites and station watches are accessible from one screen.
  • Pro status, subscription access and activity counters help you find the right section.
  • Dedicated links to messages, support, search history and reviews.
  • Settings bring together password, language, notifications, permissions, data protection and account deletion.
  • Replay the introduction to EVBOOST, read release notes, visit the blog or channel, rate the app or share it.
  • Refreshed sign-in, registration and password recovery screens, with links to terms and privacy information.
02

iOS / Android app

Your in-app garage: cars, photos and settings

Your vehicle becomes the shared starting point for filters, routes and range estimates.

  • A catalogue of makes, models, variants and markets, including Chinese-market vehicles.
  • Manual entry, editing, deletion and selection of a primary car, with input validation.
  • Model photos in the garage, car picker and forms, with a neutral fallback when no photo is available.
  • Saved battery capacity, consumption, charging power and connectors are reused in calculations.
  • Missing-data guidance and consistent car selection across screens.
  • Fixed garage cache clearing when switching accounts, signing out or entering guest mode.
03

iOS / Android app

Map, search and station details on your phone

We refreshed both the map and the journey from search to a specific connector.

  • Consistent maps in the main screen and planner, marker clustering, location and filter controls.
  • Updated quick and detailed filters, operator selection with logos, connector and power options.
  • Clearer address, city and station search results, with saved filter preferences.
  • Separate nearby, favourite and recent lists, plus nearby alternatives in station details.
  • A station sheet with photos, address, operator, connectors, reviews and actions, including an intermediate position and swipe-to-close.
  • Photo uploads with previews and moderation, and improved gallery and missing-photo states.
  • Consistent connector names and icons, address formatting and operator logos.
04

iOS / Android app

The app planner: from settings to a complete trip

We expanded the mobile planner and aligned its inputs with the server’s route calculation.

  • Start, destination and waypoints via city search, address, station or map selection, plus a return-trip flow.
  • Garage vehicle, starting charge, arrival reserve, consumption, battery, charging power, connectors and operators.
  • Departure or arrival time; a charging location becomes a required charging stop, while an address remains a waypoint.
  • Route comparison and replacing or excluding charging stops, with SOC, energy, cost, distance and time details.
  • Weather, elevation and traffic explanations where data exists; route alternatives and additional calculations depend on access.
  • Saved and recent routes, stored results, sharing and copying public-trip settings.
  • Navigation handoff and visible feedback for waypoint limits, duplicates, errors and calculation progress.
  • Fixed stale recalculation responses, restoring previous stops after errors, and history-to-details navigation.
05

iOS / Android app

Range estimates in the app

A dedicated flow helps estimate where you can travel with your current charge.

  • Start from your location, an address, a station or a point on the map.
  • Use a garage vehicle and adjust SOC, battery, consumption, temperature and reserve.
  • A reachable area on the map, optional station display and station filters.
  • Road distance and estimated arrival charge where those results are available.
  • Share saved areas and see your daily allowance and Pro access.
  • Fixed responses for an old starting point, duplicate offline messages and calculations after the daily allowance is exhausted.
06

iOS / Android app

Charging sessions, tariffs and payments in the app

More context while charging and a clearer history afterwards.

  • Refreshed active-session lists and details, the charging widget and access to previous sessions.
  • Time, energy, cost, power and SOC from the partner, with a power chart when measurements exist.
  • Connector tariff schedules with the current interval, weekdays and time zone; estimated schedules are labelled.
  • Updated connector selection, charging-code scanning, start waiting and completion flows.
  • Top-up and transaction history show statuses and associated refunds, with corrected navigation to details.
  • For networks without live data, the interface does not treat a missing status as guaranteed availability.
07

iOS / Android app

Pro through the App Store and Google Play

The app adds store subscriptions and purchase restoration.

  • Monthly and annual offers with prices and terms supplied by the store.
  • Purchase, restore and recheck subscription status after returning from the store.
  • Subscription management opens the store where the purchase was made, rather than simply following the current operating system.
  • Paid access dates, trials, cancelled renewal and expired subscriptions are shown explicitly.
  • Server verification of purchases and store updates keeps access consistent with the profile, analytics and messages.
  • Bank checkout on the website remains separate; trials are offered only to eligible accounts.

Available offers depend on the platform, store configuration and published build. Cancelling renewal does not immediately end an already paid period.

08

iOS / Android app

Messages, onboarding and everyday reliability

Small fixes across many screens add up to a more usable daily experience.

  • Refreshed introductions to the map, station details, garage, routes, range, nearby stations and monitoring.
  • A message centre with read status and an unread counter, plus in-app release notes.
  • Connector, online-status and price watches with profile management according to available features.
  • Expanded Ukrainian and English text, units, number formats, plurals and error explanations.
  • Improved wide-screen layouts, sheets, spacing around bottom navigation and message visibility.
  • Fixed station and route links and opening the store’s review page.
  • Improved location detection, permissions, last-known position, sign-out cleanup and network error handling.

Wide-screen adaptations do not guarantee compatibility with every Android vehicle head unit.

Website · CARS

Get to know the car before the journey

The new EV catalogue helps you go from a model name to a practical question: what is it like to drive and charge?

  • Search by car and filter by make, with a dedicated page for each model.
  • Battery capacity, estimated range, consumption, connectors and charging specifications in one place.
  • 372 photographs across 597 catalogue pages. Author and licence details accompany the photos; models without a photo have a neutral illustration.
  • Continue from the catalogue to the route planner or range calculator.

You should not have to enter your car every time

The web garage connects your car to the things you do in EVBOOST. Save it once and use it in future calculations.

  • Choose a catalogue car or add one manually, then edit or remove it.
  • Set a default car for route planning and range calculations.
  • Car photos in the garage, picker and calculation forms, with placeholders where needed.
  • Guidance when vehicle specifications are missing.

Website · JOURNEYS

Planner 2.0: a route built around your car

Plan the whole journey: charging stops, arrival times and battery reserve. Weather, terrain and road conditions now have a place in your route details.

  • Set your starting charge and desired arrival reserve, battery capacity, consumption and charging power. Choose the connectors and operators you want to use.
  • Add up to 12 intermediate points. A charging location can become a required charging stop; an ordinary address remains a waypoint.
  • Compare options by time, charging stops, cost and arrival charge. Replace an unsuitable station or exclude it from the selection.
  • Details show charge on arrival and after charging, the kWh needed, stop duration and estimated cost. Road access to the station is refined.

Weather where and when you will be driving

Temperature and weather conditions appear at the start, stops and finish for the expected arrival hour. You can see how conditions may change along the way.

  • The forecast follows the trip schedule. Change your departure time and the weather markers move to the relevant hour in the available forecast.
  • With Pro, temperature, wind and precipitation affect estimated energy consumption. Wind is evaluated relative to the road direction: headwinds, tailwinds and crosswinds have different effects.
  • Cold, heat, rain and snow can change the energy estimate, and therefore the charging stops needed and charge left at the finish.
  • Without Pro, weather is available to view in the route but does not adjust its energy calculation. Partial or unavailable data, or the use of the nearest available forecast hour, are labelled in the interface.

Elevation changes: see the climbs before you leave

Two routes of the same length can require different amounts of energy. The elevation profile helps you see that difference before setting off.

  • The graph shows elevation along the road and charging-stop positions. The summary includes total ascent and descent when substantial.
  • Small elevation changes are no longer stretched to look like mountains: the graph scale takes route length into account.
  • Pro accounts for extra energy uphill and partial energy recovery downhill through regeneration, taking vehicle mass into account. Descending does not recover all the energy used to climb.
  • Speed along route segments also affects the Pro consumption estimate. The summary shows the adjustment to the trip’s baseline energy, with weather and elevation data availability labelled separately.

Small details that help you arrive on time and follow the plan

After building a route, you need a clear plan of action as well as a line on the map.

  • Set a departure time or desired arrival time. The planner shows a schedule including charging time and marks arrival on the following day.
  • See whether traffic is included and a note about delays. Missing traffic data is not presented as a precise travel time.
  • Open the trip in Google Maps, Apple Maps or Waze. The number of intermediate stops and support for them depend on your chosen navigation app.
  • Remember settings on this device so you do not have to enter charge, consumption, power and filters every time.
  • If a difficult stretch requires charging above 80%, the plan can suggest it and explicitly marks the charging time as approximate.

Website · JOURNEYS

Keep the journey you planned

Return to a prepared journey, send it to someone else or use it as the starting point for a new plan.

  • Return to your saved journey and review the previous result before deciding whether to refresh the route.
  • The age of the calculation is visible, with a reminder that prices, availability and travel times may change.
  • Updating a route is a separate action that runs a new calculation.
  • Copy the stops alone or with settings, and share a public link to a fixed result.
  • Saved and recent journeys are collected in the planner library.
13

Website · JOURNEYS

How far can your current charge take you?

Range on the map is easier to understand, both for your own journey and for someone opening your shared link.

  • Calculate with your car, current charge, consumption, reserve and journey conditions.
  • View and filter stations within the reachable area and inspect the calculation details.
  • Share a saved area with the car parameters and starting conditions.
  • Estimated range is distinguished from the map outline limit. More compact forms leave more room for the result.
  • Current charge and reserve are separate: energy you want to keep in the battery is not added to the available driving distance.
  • Temperature and heat-pump availability affect estimated consumption, helping explain why the same charge takes you less far in cold weather.
Check your range

Website · STATIONS

Bring the right charger closer

The map makes it easier to move from the first station you find to one that suits you now.

  • A Nearby action and neighbouring stations in location details.
  • Compare operator, distance, power and price, then open another location.
  • Updated mobile bottom navigation, geolocation, search history and introductory tips.
  • Favourites now let you remove a station even when you have reached the limit.

Some lists require sign-in. A station status does not guarantee a free connector when you arrive.

See a location through other drivers’ eyes

A photograph can help you recognise the entrance and understand what to expect. You can now contribute location photos on the website.

  • Add location photos on the website. Once reviewed, they appear in the station gallery.
  • Browse the gallery without signing in.
  • Leave ratings and comments to help other drivers choose a charger.

Stop checking the station every minute

Set up a monitor for the change that matters to you and get on with your day.

  • Get notified when a connector becomes free, a tariff changes or a station comes back online, at stations that support the relevant monitoring option.
  • View, edit, extend and remove monitors in your profile.
  • Pro adds your own price threshold, more active monitors and longer monitoring for a free connector.
  • Fewer repeated notifications when a station’s status changes briefly.

Website · CHARGING

From a station card to a charging session

EVBOOST Connect on the website brings connector selection, balance and charging controls into one journey.

  • Start charging from a connector card in supported partner networks.
  • Check and top up your balance in the same journey; keep the location context after signing in.
  • View session status and stop charging through the web interface.
  • Access the active session and charging history in your profile.
Explore EVBOOST Connect
18

Website · CHARGING

More context around the price

Charging prices can change throughout the day. Check the current tariff and schedule to choose when to stop.

  • With Pro, the planner checks the tariff for the expected arrival at each charger, including time spent at earlier stops. A night rate now does not mean the same price when you reach the station during the day.
  • Without a schedule, the plan uses the standard price. Approximate estimates are labelled; tariffs may also change during the charging session.
  • The station card shows the current price and upcoming tariff periods when a schedule is available.

Schedules are not available for every station. Check the current tariff and payment terms before starting a session.

App + website

Report a visit or incorrect station data

Drivers can add structured reports about their experience at a station.

  • Visit outcomes: charged, could not charge, broken, blocked by a parked vehicle or other.
  • Data issues: wrong price, connectors, location or a station that does not exist.
  • A comment adds context, and the team has a dedicated review queue in the admin console.
  • A user report does not automatically overwrite operator data or become a verified live status.
23

Website

Outage schedules in station details

The website adds an Outages button next to station monitoring.

  • Today’s schedule only: hourly columns with exact outage intervals below, without clickable cells.
  • Scheduled power, definite outages, possible outages and missing data are shown separately.
  • The button is hidden when the address cannot be matched or there is no usable daily schedule.
  • The source, update time, stale data and emergency-outage notices are displayed.
  • Sources for Kyiv and Dnipro are connected where addresses are available. DTEK address lookup for Odesa is integrated; a schedule appears only when the source publishes current daily data.
  • Schedule loading is separate, so an external source failure does not block station details.

This is an address schedule, not proof that a charger has power: a separate supply or backup may exist. Coverage does not mean every building or the entire region has a schedule.

Behind the scenes

We improved partner-network data synchronisation, caching, access controls, payments and error handling to make maps, routes and charging more reliable.
